Special Diamond Jubilee IPA

Post by Chemo » Mon Mar 19, 2012 10:02 pm

Just thinking about doing a special brew for the diamond jubilee. Perhaps around 6-7% abv and heavily hopped. I once tasted a really nice one called Jaipur. Does anyone have a recipe for this or maybe suggest a suitable recipe?

Use about 95-96% pale malt and the rest Munich or Vienna. Bitter with Ahtanum, Chinook and Centennial, get most
of the IBU's late with lots of Ahtanum and Centennial, steep and dry hop with them also. Should get you something
like Jaipur.

Chemo's profile says they last visited in March. I wonder if reviving these old posts will get a response?

I saw that, too. But I'm just putting it out there for when they come back. Also, I believe a direct response sends an alert to the OP. You'll notice I've been resurrecting several old threads, simultaneously answering some old unanswered questions and reinvigorating traffic on the forums.

Cheers!
