Which hops do you find work really well together?

Or any that you think don't work together!

Whilst some combinations are more common, I don't see there being any hard and fast rules. After all it comes down to personal taste. I use some fairly unusual combinations (to learn what works for me). Some work, some don't. Yet they may for you. I have no psychological barrier to food and I will eat ANYTHING. I apply the same rules to brewing. Try it once (maybe twice) and if I don't like it, I won't bother again.

Part of the process for me is learning what goes with what. But ultimately it has to suit my taste buds.
I buy from The Malt Miller

The 2 I've paired the most are EKG and challenger.

I'll go along with that. I don't really know what 'goes' with what but some that agreed with my own personal taste in the past year are:

Chinook, Cascade
Magnum, Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial
Cascade, Citra
Chinook, Centennial
Warrior, Simcoe, Palisade, Chinook, Amarillo
Chinook, Galaxy
Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe.

Just drinking a Cascade and Nelson Sauvin ale, 80c steep and dry hop!

Tastes Great :D

Would a better idea be to list the hops that dont go together?
