Ok so time to have a clear out this weekend and use up some left over stock.
Any ideas on something unusual from this lot?
Tipple Pale Malt
Crystal Malt
Chocolate Malt
Black Malt
Torrefied Wheat
Northdown Dual Purpose Hops
East Kent Goldings
Cascade Dual Purpose Hops
Celeia (Stryian Goldings)

I would either do an English Ale:
Tipple Malt
5% crystal
Bit of Black for colour
Northdown to about 25IBU
Nice handful of EKG at T-5 mins
Or a summer ale:
Tipple Malt
2.5% crystal
2% Torri
Cascade to about 20IBU
As much Cascade as you can spare chucked in at T-5 mins and flame-out.
Although i suppose they're not very "unusual". TBH you're not going to get anything too freaky out of those ingredients unless we are talking stupid things like 95% black malt.
