This is the biggest beer I've attempted.
While dry hopping i will be adding 30grams of oak chips.

Bill,not to long.Ferment and secondary around 3 weeks,3 weeks in the bottle,then drink.The longer you leave it the less the hops dominate.Drink them young I'd say.

I agree, although it wouldn't hurt to save one or two for a while to see how it tastes as it mellows.

I go with that principle too, starting on my Early Bird IPA which I dry hopped with Citra, only five days in bottle but it's damn tasty.

Gravity down to 1015 and raised the temperature up to 22 degrees to mop up.
Now adding 30 grams of vodka soaked oak chips and 100 grams of dry hops.
A new dry hopping technique found on the internet.
100grams of flower hops, a small glass of cooled boiled water and 1 minute in the food processor.
I cup of hop paste ready to use
Dry hop and oak in for a week prior to kegging.

OMG serious shit! Buy a building, big vats and scale everything up . You'll never have to worry about the mortgage again. That monster would get a small third world country merry!!!!
