I made this TC and it's the best I've made but the sweetening comes from Splenda because any sugar added is turned to alcohol!
When it finished fermenting I sterilised a jug and poured out 500ml and added the splenda until I was happy. 2 teaspoons was good for me so 40grms went in and then I primed with 180grms of sugar for a real fizzy cider.

Recipe...

20l apple jiuce
8 Bramley apples, mashed up, peel, core and all
3 500ml jars of honey
Cup of tea made with 4 tea bags
Pectolase
Yeast nutrient
Beer yeast, S-04, Notts, so it doesn't ferment down too dry

14 days in the FV came out at 8.1% and a lovely pint

I've had a go at turbo cider in the past, along with some real cider from nothing but apples, which is quite hard work as you need to pulp and press tons of apple, I've found it quicker and easier buy a cider kit from your local home brew shop, picked one up the other week, it's the first kit I've bought in 5 years as all my beer is AG, but I have to admit I'm totally converted to cider from kits, quick easy and you don't have to experiment with tea bags etc, like the way you used S-04 might give that a go
