VALE HOP POCKET 4.2% ABV
Vale Brewery, Buckinghamshire. Est. 1995
This appetising, straw-coloured bitter has a grassy aroma
on the nose, followed by a superb, fruity, floral taste and
a long-lasting finish, with bags of hop character.
Hops used: Galena, Northdown, Willamette

90% Marris Otter
5% Torrified wheat
5% Crystal 10

20g Galena, 60mins
20g Northdown, 60mins
20g Willamette, 60mins

I recently tried this at a weatherspoon the other day and it was very tasty. A perfect ale for such a warm summer which might happen :)
This was my thoughts, but being honest I have never tried making up a recipe before, and I haven't tried any of the hops listed. If anyones tried this I'd love to hear your thoughts for a concrete recipe :)
