Fake Blond - elderflower advice please.

I'm planning on doing this light easy drinking beer tomorrow:

Pale malt 75%
Flaked Wheat 25%
25 IBU Bobek @ 20 mins
1.038 OG
Fermented with WLP001

I really want to add elderflower to this as they are almost done around here for this year and been meaning to make a beer with them for a while now, but not used them before.

What sort of amounts and timings would be good for a decent strong floral hit?

Bobek 18 IBU 90 mins
Bobek 4.5 IBU 15 mins
Savinjski 1 IBU 15 mins
3g/L trimmed fresh elderflowers @ 5 mins
1.044 OG
WLP001 @ 19C
