Hi can anyone recommend some recipes for me ive bought a few ingredients recently pretty bulk so got them at a good price.

25kg of maris otter
1kg wheat barely
1kg roast barely
1kg of crystal 120L

100gs each of perle, fuggles, pilgrim, magnum, nelson sauvin, east kent goldings and cascade

Am I limited to pale and amber and brown ales. or some single malt single hop beers? I was hoping of making some small batches anyways to get a feel for all grain ....any other RECIPE suggestions welcome or perhaps some new ingredients needed to finish a brew.

thanks

If you are wanting to brew single hop brews Nelson Sauvin and cascade are both ideal. I have done both with pale malt only, will make nice beer.

fuggles & golding go well together. they also go well with challenger

For a nice refreshing summer blonde ale, Citra makes a good single hop together with just pale malt

+1

Or, a single hops Goldings is delicious, too. It would definitely be a true-to-style old-fashioned English ale. Remember Mikeller's Single Hop American IPA experiment? The Goldings version was one of my favorites:
