I bought a bottle of Thwaites "Triple C" Blonde Ale beer yesterday (£1.30 from Quality Save)
I fooking love this stuff, so refreshing and light.
It say it's made with Cascade hops at all three stages of brewing.
4.4% and ingrediants list Barley malt and wheat.
This is the first beer my wife likes. She normally drinks Largers only. So I want to make some to justify all the money I keep spending.
So being new to this game. Does anybody have an All-grain recipe I could follow or point me in the direction of whats required to make some.

Recommend you add the Cascade late for best effects.

in the copper in the FV and in the cask hence the name, no amounts were given away so it will be a trial and error, i keep meaning to have a go at it myself.
