0.015 kg Black Barley (Stout) (500.0 SRM) Grain 4 0.3 %
0.25 kg Sugar, Table (Sucrose) (1.0 SRM) Sugar 5 5.0 %
36.00 g Challenger [7.50 %] – Boil 90.0 min Hop 6 30.9 IBUs
3.00 g Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 mins) Fining 7 -
12.00 g Fuggles [4.50 %] – Boil 10.0 min Hop 8 2.2 IBUs
Any ideas how it'll turn out, good/bad?

Doesn't look like there's anything very bodged about that recipe, looks pretty much like a classic english bitter. Like the challenger, fuggles combo.

It was the Everards Original Recipe from Wheelers book. I accidentally picked up carapils rather than crystal malt. Hopefully it'll turn out ok anyhow - I don't really like crystal all that much anyway
