WGV Pale Ale

Post by crafty john » Mon Aug 06, 2012 6:57 pm

Hi all
I am so pleased with this beer I thought I would share the recipe as it's one of the nicest balanced beers I have made so far, nice balance of hops and a gentle sweetness from the caramalt, good head retention and a nice hoppy flavour and aroma.

Great session ale me thinks.

I forgot to say that the flameout hops where put in when I had cooled to 80c and steeped for 40 minutes.
