Any idea where to get Strawberry juice from?

I really want to make a Frulli clone, and after scouring the internet I found a recipe I want to follow. Its the only one Ive seen that adds strawberry juice to the finished beer, rather than fermenting on strawberries. Which sounds more like how they make the origional anyway.

My only problem is, where to find strawberry juice! I would be going for a total of 30% of the beer as juice. Can I find it anywhere? or do I try and mulch my own strawberries. YEt I imagine that would be rather expensive...

Strawberries is the obvious answer! Go to a farm shop or roadside / farm seller, they normally have a load of over ripe / soft fruit they can't sell, just pop it in a blender.

Alternatively a catering wholesaler or veg supplier should stock strawberry purée / coulis normally 500g or 1l, if you're really stuck and need a fair bit try vin sullivans, sorry you'll eed to google them,based in wales they would courier it to you

Strawberry Ribena will do what you wany nicely as bar preservatives (which can be simmered off) its just concentrated strawberry syrup and sugar. It does have high sugar content tho - you'll need to make allowance for this.
