A clone of St Peter's best would be good too.

St Peters Organic Ale is one of my favorites, too. Just basically delicious. Here's what we know:
Here's another set of clues: It's possible St Peters Golden Ale is the same recipe, albeit not organic-certified, and perhaps just fermented colder. The brewery states the ABV = 4.7%, but other than that, they taste very similar to me. Lucky for you, Roger Protz summarized the following in the 3rd edition of his Real Ale Almanac:
I hope this helps you out.
- The brewer's description states "light malted barley from Scotland" (I've read elsewhere the grainbill is 100% organic Maris Otter.)
I recieved an email from the brewery stating organic First Gold hops, a dwarf cultivar derived from Goldings, with similar characteristics.
They use a proprietary English ale yeast strain, but user De-Geert successfully recultured it from a bottle of St. Peters Organic Ale. In an email, the brewery confirmed to him it was not intentionally bottle-conditioned, but rather they had temporary filtration issues, so yes it is the primary strain. They also told him primary fermentation is 22-23°C.
The brewery states the ABV = 4.5%

Re: St Peters Organic Ale Recipe wanted.
Thanking you again Seymour,
I must say I'm suprised at the ingredients and method.
The Ale, tastes so clean and lager like.
I was half expecting german noble hops and a cool fermentation.
Do you have any idea of the rate of bittering? IBU's
I'm going to brew this in the next couple of days.

I agree. Clean in the sense of no caramel, crystal, or roasted malts, no offensive adjuncts or fusel alcohols. But to me, it definitely has more fruity esters than lagers, which is a big part of why I like it.The Dribbler wrote:...the Ale, tastes so clean and lager like...
Not sure, but I'd put the IBU in the standard bitter range around 30? http://www.bjcp.org/2008styles/style08.php Then another late addition around 0-15 minutes remaining for aroma. The Dribbler wrote:...Do you have any idea of the rate of bittering? IBU's...
