So I've got a new job - great, but it means we need to move house as I'll be earning a lot less in the first year while I'm training. Wanting to get a bit of a user-upper brew on, so I've thrown together the below:

I wanted to use the Chinook in a different way to this really, so as to get a better feel for its flavour, but needs must and all that. This will be brewed this week and will end up in bottles for transportation to the new gaff!
