I haven't but it might be worth mailing Williams Bros for a bit of guidance. They used to have a forum on their site where they seemed to be quite willing to help homebrewers with clones of their brews..

Just checked the Williams Bros website and handily they give a lot of info on each beer description.

Their 80/ is described as:

ABV 4.2%
OG: 1.046
IBUs: 24
Malts: Ale Malt, Malted Wheat, Chocolate Malt, Oats, Dark Crystal (presumably in descending order of weight)
Hops: First Gold, Amarillo, Cascade, Bobek/Styrian

Tasting Notes
Taste: Biscuity, Slight Peatiness, Fruity
Colour: Earthy Brown, Deep Copper, Mahogany, Smooth, Dark Red, Beige Head
Smell: Sweet Malt, Toffee, Roasted Nutty
