Saturday's Big Malty Smoke beer

Post by WishboneBrewery » Thu Oct 25, 2012 9:20 pm

Not much creativity with the naming I'm afraid, and having to ferment with us-05 due to my Kolsch yeast being dead.
I was going to add a tiny amount of Late hopping but I think I'll leave it to the smoke, I'm going for big and malty.

thoughts?
