I have a kilo of Belgian Special-B sitting around that I really want to get round to using. Has anyone got any recommended recipes which show off the flavour of this malt?

A kilo of that is quite a lot. You could use a few percent of it in a British style mild/dark bitter....or of course in a Belgian Dubbel

Some in Tribs Amarillo IPA recipe Barry. Tis a good recipe.

Also very good in stouts and porters and also weizen bocks!
