Recipes for Northern Brewer Hops and for Nelson Sauvin

Hi all, I have just recently purchased some malt and hops from another Jims member (Carpet19 cheers Ken) and amongst the hops where a couple of varieties I have never used before about 1kg of Northern Brewer hops and some Nelson Sauvin hops oh and some wilamette Most of the recipes I have in my brewing books call for EKG or Fuggles, Target, Challenger etc. So I am looking for some pointers for recipes to try using these recently purchased hops

I like Northern Brewer for bittering but I understand they are dual purpose. They are good for IPAs where you want something clean for bittering.
