I love his BeerSmith podcasts. Extremely accessible and very informative.
In fact, his Vintage book is what my friends tend to pick up when they come over. And they don't tend to put it down, either! None of them brew, mind.

Pardon the poor image quality, but I just had to boast about finally meeting Ron Pattinson in person at a St. Louis book tour event. Then yesterday, I guided he and Stan Hieronymus around Civil Life Brewing Company. Having them drink my beers while talking shop for a couple hours was definitely a professional high point!

P.S. I highly recommend his latest book about Scotland brewing history.

Yeah, I had to laugh at that. "Before leaving, Seymour offers us some of his cask Bitter, served by handpump. It’s not bad at all" is a British form of compliment, right?

I'd take that as a compliment Seymour :) I'll be drinking Citra Gold tonight so I'll raise a glass to your new found fame ;)
