I'll contribute this one - it's my first step back into homebrewing after a prolonged absence...
19l batch - total boil time: 90 minutes
Water treatment: 3 tsp Burton Salts to water preboil
1.8 kg Briess Golden Light DME
227g 80° Crystal Malt
28g Willamette hops (5.4 AAU) for 75 minutes
7g Goldings hops (6.4 AAU) for 75 minutes
14g Goldings hops (6.4 AAU) for 5 minutes
White Labs WLP013 London Ale yeast (pitchable vial)
Primary ferment - 6 days (temp range 15°-17°C)
Secondary ferment - 6 days and counting (temp range 15°-21°C)
When I racked into the secondary, I siphoned off one bottle and added a dash of white sugar. I opened this yesterday and wow! Great body and mouthfeel for a 1.036 OG beer. Great caramel/toffee flavors, and a perfect balancing bitterness.
I anticipate kegging this beer over the weekend - a small amount of brown sugar to prime, and this keg should be tapped by 02/02!

Re: Ordinary Bitter #1
Considering Willamette was bred as a higher yielding Fuggles replacement, this looks like a very true-to-style English ale indeed, down to water and yeast and everything. Nice work!
Re: Ordinary Bitter #1
That looks really tasty! Nice and simple - a classic bitter. I used willamette for the first time at the weekend and am looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
