Extract recipes wanted

Hi all,

i have ordered centennial, 13.5%, chinook, 12.5% and summit, 17.5%, after recommendations on the hops thread to add to my current stocks of amarillo, 10.8%, cascade, 7.2%, citra 15% & magnum 14.4%.

I have over at least 100g of each of the above hops.

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some recipes which would allow me to experiment and derive the best from these hops as multi or single hop brews as i am looking for advice on how best to combine them.

I would also appreciate some other hop proposals to add to the above which would compliment the flavours of the hops i already have.

I normally brew extract to 21 litres with 3kg of DME and 350g of steeped crystal.

So far i have made a single hop amarillo brew, an amarillo and magnum brew and a magnum/citra/cascade brew.

The single hop amarillo was the brewuk recipe and has been adored by myself, my friends and my workmates. The other two are in the FV and warm conditioning respectively. The magnum/citra/cascade brew smelled amazing when bottling, my 5 year old daughter remarked how fruity it smelled!!

I welcome any proposals you have.
