Gorgeous Blonde
Re: Gorgeous Blonde
That looks a nice recipe, a lovely light golden beer. Very quaffable on a summers day.

Re: Gorgeous Blonde
Will it not be a little dark for a Blonde with all the Crystal and Aromatic?
Hardly quaffable given the 8.5ABV but it does look a very nice Belgium brew.
I'll be interested to know how this tastes given the 21C fermentation, the two recent ones I did with T-58 were done at 18C and are very Belgium beer in nature.

I have made this on three occasions and it really is a great tasting beer.jonnyt wrote:Will it not be a little dark for a Blonde with all the Crystal and Aromatic?

The first time I made it using WPL570 I couldn't
get hold of this for the other two so I used T58 which
I already had with very good results and IMO a
nicer flavour.
I wouldn't say the colour is dark for a blonde I will
post a pic when the latest batch is ready.
