I've been brewless for almost 6 months now, but I aim to get back into it again this Sunday with this brew:
Cambourne 1 by Naich -- naich.net/~bf/recipe.php#198
====================
Dry hop with the rest of the Galaxy
Volume: 23L, Efficiency: 85%
Alcohol (ABV): 6%, Original Gravity: 1.055, Final Gravity: 1.008
Bitterness (IBU): 76, Colour (EBC): 4
Recipe
======
Malt/Fermentables:
1. Lager Malt (3 EBC) : 4600 g (100%)
Hops/flavourings:
1. Citra - AA 13.8 - (45 min) : 25 g (20%)
2. Galaxy - AA 15 - (30 min) : 15 g (12%)
3. Galaxy - AA 15 - (15 min) : 25 g (20%)
4. Galaxy - AA 15 - (5 min) : 35 g (28%)
5. Citra - AA 13.8 - (1 min) : 25 g (20%)
Yeast: Safale US-05 (Attenuation 85%)
The Citra at the end is just to give it a bit of an aroma boost. It should be OK to mix Citra and Galaxy, shouldn't it?
Citra and Galaxy?
Re: Citra and Galaxy?
I think they would work very well together, but it will probably be a citrus bomb (but I'd love it)

I prefer Citra and Chinook, dry hopped with more Chinook, but not tried it with lager malt.

Re: Citra and Galaxy?
Hi mate,
Citra and Galaxy definitely work well together, see the link below
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=58086
The flavour is tropical, grapefruit and orange (although it did have Summer hops too)
Id say its a harsher bitterness than other hops which I think is down to the cohumulone percentage but its a great pair.
