AG#2 - modified Bell's Two Hearted clone

Based on the recipe from Homebrewtalk, except using british malts

I brewed this today, brew went well enough. I have made it before but with cascade/columbus instead and it was great too. A recent trip to NY got me some on tap and so I thought I'd brew it with the proper hops. The proper clone uses american 2 row, crystal 20l and a bit less vienna.

7% ABV
IBU - 50

Maris Otter - 76%
Vienna - 16%
Carapils - 4%
Crystal 80 - 4%

Centennial 60m - 30 ibu ( 30g for 21l in fermentor)
centennial 15m - 15 ibu (30g)
centennial 5m - 5 IBU (30g)
Centennial - flameout - 30g
Centennial - Dryhop - 100g

Yeast - US-05

A lovely beer .. and yes its centennial only ..lots of. I've brewed it a couple of times but can't ever get it exact you will still produce a nice ale, but I believe bells have there own yeast strain....

Oh yeah the HBT thread mentioned to use wyeast 1272 or WLP051 or culture it from a bottle. US-05 is just too easy to use for hop forward beers
