Coopers IPA and left overs

Wet bank holiday Monday, so took Coopers IPA can that's been lying about and soured it up a bit. Here's what went in

Coopers IPA
500g carared mashed at 65C
500g spray malt
300g brewers sugar
20g at 15min Amarillo
WLP001 California Ale yeast (grub from a few months back into a starter)

Made up to 18l with OG at 1.054

Thoughts?

Soured should have been souped it up a bit

I imagine that it will be tasty with the Amarillo, but very bitter @18L.

AG#42 - Heritage Double Ale - 10.5%

On Tap:
AG#44 - Harvest ESB - 5.4%
AG#45 - Amarillo Gold APA - 5.2%
