I have adapted this recipe that I originally brewed with Bramling Cross which turned out great. I am going to try out with Minstrel hops that I bought from the Malt Miller but I also have the CF115 (spiced honey) which do you guys think would suit it better.

Minstrel is described as having berry and orange flavours which for me would not pair well with a smokey flavour. I could be totally wrong of course and it could be a taste sensation but if it was me I would go with the spicy, honey CF115.

@jimp2003 sorry about the lack of response i've been on holiday I think you are right about the minstrel I will save it for a light hoppy beer and use the CF115 thanks for your advise I'll let you know how it goes
