Busy,so just a quick kit brew today
1.5 kg wilkos golden lager
1.0 kg dextrose
20g Belma 12%
40g fresh elderflower
6 small satsumas,scored and halved
all into a boil,then 20 minute steep
smells nice!
Brewlength 20 liters
Kit yeast, probably a mix not true lager strain
Looking for something quite sharp and tangy as will be drunk quite young I reckon

Yesterday another quick brew from wilkos sale. Norfolk wherry onto the yeast cake from another brew( belma hopped with wilds..an ipa ish ale that I kegged) originally west coast ale yeast, plus the kit yeast. Gone off really fast!. Will split this at secondary for different dry hopping..thinking fuggles a la monkey brew thread, and maybe a big hit of belma to use it up
