If you use the Dr Rudi please please please let me know what they're like because I have 100 g in the freezer that I bought because The Malt Miller was selling them off cheap. I'm looking to do a simple single hop brew with them (albeit maybe with something else to bitter).

I got them cheap also, I am thinking of doing a Simple single hop IPA x2 5ltr and doing DR Rudi for one, and one of my other new ones for the other, but need a recipe like asked for above before I can plan it out.

I think I'm going to do something a bit like this for a 25 litre batch.

95% pale malt
5% caramalt or light crystal

Enough Magnum (or other clean bittering hop) at the start to give around 20-30 IBUs
20 g Dr Rudi 15 mins
20 g Dr Rudi 10 mins
20 g Dr Rudi 5 mins
20 g Dr Rudi 0 mins (flame out steep)
20 g Dr Rudi dry hopped for 5 days

Yeast of my choice

I'm not an expert at recipe formulation though but it's an approach I've used in the past for IPAs.
