something like wild beer co.'s Scarlet Fever?

Hi,

I am planning my next few brews and whilst on holiday recently in sunny Cornwall I got to try a pint of Scarlet Fever from wild beer company. I really enjoyed it, and the website describes it as a red ale with hints of toffee, caramel and citrus hops. I am not fussed about a clone recipe as such, but can anyone recommend a recipe to create something similar? a traditional 'red ale' recipe using new world hops?
