Hi guys,
I am looking for an "All Grain" recipe for Randall's Patois Ale in Guernsey. It is not a beer that I have had the pleasure of trying, but I do have a friend here in Portugal who is missing a pint of his local brew. With him not being a brewer himself it is difficult to get a grasp of the possible hop additions that they use in the brew. I have taken the following information from Randall's own web page which tells me that,
"Patois is a bright chestnut brown best bitter brewed to 4.5%ABV. Restrained malt tones are balanced with a subtle but complex hop aroma. 3 varieties of hop imbue Patois with floral and citrus notes. The finish is clean and dry with a moreish bitterness."
If anyone has any information or helpful suggestions on the beer ingredients they would be gratefully received
Cheers

Thank you for the reply, I should be able to do something with that. And all ingredients in stock except the yeast....
