Fermenting with San Diego Super Yeast
A little different to, but based on the Mysterio version. I'm hoping to really boost the hop aroma and flavour so a little more late addition and wanted to chuck in a little extra Perle for no particular reason!
Here's hoping this one goes well...will be testing out a few new things; using Bru'n Water to calculate additions, and using a Salifert calcium test too prior to working out my additions as well as using Phosphoric acid
