I want to make an extract brew something akin to B&T, and have spotted a recipe posted by Reaper citing ingredients as follows:
Marris otter 3Kg
Crystal malt 200g
Flaked Barley 200g
Torrified Wheat 200g
Fuggles AA5.9% 2oz 90min
Styrian Golding AA2% 1oz 15min
Irish moss 1tsp 15min
Styrian Golding AA2% small hand full added when boiler turned off.
I was guessing at replacing the MO grain with 2.25kg of Pale LME and steeping the rest of grains together as per Daab's extract instructions. Would of this be close? Aiming for 5G brew length.
