Hello, can any tell me the EBU for the Wye Valley HPA on

≈25-30 IBU, I believe.

I agree with seymours guestimate, Or maybe a wee bit higher.
I used to live in Hereford and drink HPA quite regularly.
Its not overly bitter, My best guess would be 35ebu.

You can also capture the Hereford yeast from there bottle conditioned beers.
