Stove top, bag in a pot mash and batch sparge, two pot split boil.
Mashed with 11 litres @ 65*C for 90 minutes
Batch Sparged with 10 Litres @ 75*C
Sparged through the grains to hit about 24 litres pre-boil
Maris Otter 4000g
Porridge Oats 114g
Split the batch for the boil:
Batch 1: 12 Litres
Green Bullet 13% 17g 75 mins
Citra 14.4% 17g 10 mins
Citra 10g Dry hop
Batch 2: 8 litres
Green Bullet 13% 17g 75 mins
Chinook 12.5% 17g 10 mins
Chinook Dry hop
Yeast Safale S-33
OG 1051
IBUs 72 Citra/ 94 Chinook
ABV 5%
Colour 5.9 SRM (Brewmate)
