Right, 'tis nearly cold enough in the garage to try my first lager. At my disposal I have Perle, saaz, hallertauer Hersbrucker, and I think I have some Magnum but I can't remember.

Basically I'm after a tried and tested recipe from someone to base my lager on. Something easy drinking and not too strong :)
