Hi, I'm planning on doing this recipe in next few days. Can anyone point out any major flaws; What hops don't go together, too much malts or hops, etc.
Marris Otter 5k
Caramunich 200g
120 Crystal malt 200g
Torrified wheat 150g
Chocolate malt 80g

30g Pilgrim at 60mins
20g EK Goldings at 10mins
10g Pilgrim at 10mins
10g Admiral at 10mins
20g EK Goldings at 5mins
10g Pilgrim at 5mins
10g Admiral at 5mins
20g EK Goldings at Flameout
10g Pilgrim at Flameout
10g Admiral at Flameout
OG 1.052
FG 1.012
IBU 41
ABV 5.5%
Mash for 90mins, at 67c. Boil for 60mins. Yeast, Sarfale 04 rehydrated. Ferment at 20c.

That's exactly what I'm hoping for Seymour. I've tweaked it a little; left out the chocolate malt, as I thought the crystal and caramunich might give enough caramel type flavour, and I've cut down the Admiral to just the last 5 mins, and flame out. I ususally let my wort lie in the boiler for about an hr, after I've cooled it, just to help the protiens fall to the bottom. I've noticed doing this gives a little bitterness, and with Admiral being a high bittering hop, it might have been too much for what I require. It's mashing now as I type. Off to enjoy a pint of homebrew, just for good luck purposes, of course,
