hi all im looking for a single hop simcoe recipie i bought the hops and havent used them i would like to brew with a english ale yeast help plz :?
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)

Hi Lee,

With some slight modifications (for a single hop beer) I brewed this about a year ago. Mine had some user upper NZ Cascade and Amarillo - but very little - less than 10g. A very nice beer it was too. If you have 10 - 30g of other american/ NZ hops I would throw them in, Simcoe makes a fantastic single hop beer but goes even better with some fruity hops.
