New kit brew

Post by the_hibee » Fri Dec 13, 2013 6:57 pm

On to my 3rd kit brew which consisted off;

Coopers Real Ale
1kg LDM
324g golden syrup
Hop Tea of 35g Citra

SG: 1045 @ 21oC before yeast.

23l brew.

I will then be dry hopping with 35g mosaic next week. I will bottle hopefully after 10days and leave bottles for a week @ 18oC before sampling.

Whats the thoughts on the outcome?

Hello hibee,
Is this what you did with your other 2 Brews? From what I`ve learned on here, it`s normally 14 days in the FV, FG down to 1010 approx, leave bottles 2 weeks warm (same as FV), then 2 weeks cool to condition.
Loads of posts on here about conditioning for your interest.
