Here you go:

St. Peters Ruby Red Ale
St. Peters Brewery - Bungay, Suffolk, UK
Category: Bitter
ABV: 4.3%
IBU: ≈22
Grainbill: 92.5% Pale, 5% Crystal Malt, 2.5% Chocolate Malt
Bittering Hops: Challenger (90 min)
Aroma Hops: Styrian/Savinjski Goldings, Cascade
Colour: clear deep reddish amber
Yeast: proprietary English ale strain, ferment at 22-23°C, not specifically bottle-conditioned, but sometimes bottes contain primary strain due to poor filtration

I'm not as sure about their IPA, but I suspect the grainbill is 100% pale like their Best Bitter and Organic Ale, probably similar hops to above, though it might be just Challenger and First Gold, which they use a lot in other recipes.

Bump.

So, did you brew it, and if so, how'd it turn out for you?
