3 Kg Maris Otter Malt*
1 Kg Munich*
300g Crystal 150*
200g Chocolate*
200g Roasted Barley*
100g Black Malt*
100g Flaked Barley*
100g Oat Malt*
40g Challenger* (8.2% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
15g Challenger* (8.2% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
26g Northdown* (8.7% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) @ 0 Minutes (Mash)
0.3 tab Protofloc Tablet @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 68°C overnight. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 18°C with NBS English Ale 1
