Put Apollo in anything and you're already halfway to something amazing. I'd put more in though. It's my favourite hop.

Apollo is awesome. Great for bittering with the high IBU's and great late.
I tend to put a lot in late too.

I also agree with Hanglow. For a beer of this style finishing at 1014 I'd be looking for at least 35 IBU (and personally I'd go for 50). I'd put a small bittering charge of Apollo in at 60 or 90 min.
