My recipe from a couple of weeks back below. Turned out smashing and a not overly complicated grain bill. I would think sticking to a single hop would be fine also.

I did one v similar a while back. Think a small amount of oats is a good addition to make and I used a combination of orange and lime peel - worked out nicely. Also I didn't have an rice hulls but the mash was absolutely fine. Any noble hops would go well I would have thought.
