Pay attention to your volumes, gravity and boil times so you can calibrate your system for future batches. Also, and this is very important, keep good notes. I remember my first all grain batch, the beer didn't turn out that great but that was ok because I got some experience with the system and the second batch was much better. After a while, you will think "hell, this isn't so hard" but the first time can be a little sporting. Over here we have a saying "don't worry, have a homebrew" and I have always found this to be good advice. Have fun and good luck. :D
Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
So many beers to make, so little time (and cold storage space)

That's gonna be a superb brew. Try dry hopping maybe for a few days just prior to bottling....

I'm drinking my Citra single now, starting to taste very decent. Another couple of weeks and I think it's going to be top notch
