Nobby, have you ever had any brews go south due to transferring between primary/secondary/bottling?

no not at all

i think the secret is ultra high cleaning and sanitising and sterilising my fermenters know are ultra clean no scratches etc

and doubley making sure very little or no oxygen gets in when transferring

also now i purge the secondary dry hop with co2 with the lid ajar abit co2 blowing down the blow off tube then lid on and more co2 goes in till i can see the bucket swell a bit then nip the blow off tube and the end goes into my star san container glass in the brew fridge
i have heard a lot of folk have lost their brew transferring

I am worried about that myself. I've just started with the transferring and I have a beer that doesn't seem to be carbonated yet, after two weeks in the bottle.

It may be a coincidence but....
