with 100g simcoe 75g equinox expo 366

hops to highly sanitised secondary beer on top











once in the secondary
i purge any air out with co2
then lid on then add more co2 to make the lid bulge with co2 then put the blow off tube into star san

batch primed with 125g priming sugar solution to get 2 volumes co2

45 x 330mm bottles

just had a 330ml bottle fantastic

more equinox coming through than planned was after simcoe with a hint o equinox but tastes like it's gunna be the reverse

it's gunna be fantastic in a nother week o so when it's more conditioned
