I brewed this a few months ago and won a competition last week with it, so thought it was worth sharing here.

Bitterness (IBU): 39.6
Colour (SRM): 24.5
ABV: 5.0%

9.50 kg Pale Ale Malt, 82.3%
1.00 kg Vienna, 8.7%
0.40 kg Chocolate Malt (British), 3.5%
0.30 kg Crystal 150L, 2.6%
0.25 kg Flaked Oats, 2.2%
0.10 kg Roasted Barley, 0.9%

Looks good Underground Joe - I may give that a go one day as its the same size brew length I normally make. Plus I like the American hops =D>
