Another Brewery's Recipe

Hi all,

I've seen some hops used in a brewery and wonder if I could use them in a recipe of my own and if this would be considered copyright or corporate espionage!?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

near on all breweries will gladly give us home brewers their recipes

it's only cheeky when they nick ours [-X
