Hi folks

As I haven't got a lot of pale malt in I'm using up whats left of my other grains.
Looking

The recipe

2 kg of wheat malt
500g of crystal
1 kg of munich

Hops
50g citra 5mins
50g simcoe 5 mins
40g galaxy 5 mins

50g citra 0 mins
50g simcoe 0 mins
40g galaxy 0 mins

FV 1 , Dryhop 100g citra , yeast nottingham
FV 2 Dryhop 100g vic secret, Yeast Neals saison yeast

Split batch, looking at around 23l in each FV.

Nothing wrong that I can see, bet that's gonna be a great IPA, a complex malty sweetness in balance with the great big New World hop aspects. Best of luck!
