Original Gravity (OG): 1.055 
Final Gravity (FG): 1.014 
Alcohol (ABV): 5.40 %
Colour (SRM): 5.2 (EBC): 10.3
Bitterness (IBU): 50.8 (Average)

95.24% Golden Promise Malt
4.76% Vienna

17g Pacific Jade (15% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
17g Pacific Jade (15% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
17g Pacific Jade (15% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)


Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 22°C with us west coast

Pacific Jade is my go to hop for bittering. I've never used it as a late addition but have heard it is quite peppery. I'd be keen to hear how your brew turns out.

Will keep you posted how it turns out. 20mins of mash to go.

never used this hop and planning on dry hopping with rest of the bag so hope it turns out well

It gives a really smooth bitterness with no harshness at all, which is why I like it so much for early additions. I'm sure it will turn out great.

Been going 9 days now and have just taken a sample and its down to 1.010.happy with that

no taste of pepper but has a nice lemony zessty taste to it.defo going to dry hop with rest of the bag

Fuggley Duckling. This as turned out a great drink

i dry hopped with the rest of the bag.it has a nice citrus aroma and taste only a slight pepper taste.

i like this hop :)
