De Molen Vuur & Vlam

This is one of my favourite beers and have searched the internet for a recipe but with no luck.
There are quite a few hints on the label to the malts and hops used, EBU etc. does anyone have
a recipe or able to help put something together

Described as IPA-ish
Malts - pils, caramel
Bittering hops - cascade
dry hops - amarillo, columbus, chinook, citra
Yeast - top fermenting
abv 6.2%
EBC 21
EBU 63
